Fees and Conditions of Service

My fee is $120.00 per session, payable at the beginning of each session.  I do not take insurance, and can give you a receipt if you wish to bill your insurance company on your own. I am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is in the form of cash, check, PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard.

In addition to office visits, I provide therapy by phone or Skype.  Clients using this modality must read and submit The New Client Information Form and The Declaration of Understanding prior to the beginning of our work. Payment is due prior to the therapy session.
